VRV & VRF systems allow you to set the required temperature in each room by alternating the refrigerant volume in the system to match these requirements.
Connect as many as 64 indoor air conditioning units to a single outdoor unit. Similar to the multi-split system, each induvidual indoor unit signals the required capacity based on the current temperature of the room and the requested temperature from the remote control.
